🔁 Returns (Right of Withdrawal)
You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

📦 Return conditions
the product may be tried on, but must not show signs of use beyond normal inspection
the product should be returned in an undamaged condition
returning the product in its original packaging is recommended
💸 Return costs
The Customer bears the cost of returning the product.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are issued:
within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of shipment
using the same payment method used for the purchase
❌ Exceptions to returns
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
custom-made products
🛠 Complaints (Defective Products)
If the product is defective or not in conformity with the contract, you have the right to file a complaint.
